My Story
I am Kriste, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, deeply passionate about fostering connections and sharing positive energy. My teaching journey began in the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India, where I earned my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training certification. I further refined my skills in anatomy, meditation, and Yin Yoga during a 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Adam Stonebraker. I spent 5 years teaching yoga in various studios, workplaces and festivals London. My commitment to learning continued with various yoga trainings, where I delved into yoga, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, and movement science.
My Approach
I lead dynamic vinyasa and relaxing yin yoga and meditation practices in Vilnius; all tailored to the modern human lifestyle. My classes combine yoga tradition and modern movement science. You'll be encouraged to be mindful and listen to your body and at the same time not to miss the opportunity to be playful and have a good time.
Functionality comes first. From our experience to our anatomy - we are all different and we are all unique, therefore no two yoga practices can look the same. I carry the message that yoga is not about using your body to form a beautifully looking shape, it’s about adapting the pose to guide the body towards stronger, more flexible, and balanced YOU.
Compassion. My priority is to create a safe and welcoming space for you where you could not only develop a physical practice but also explore your emotions and learn to recognise your feelings. I will always be there for you and support you on your journey.
Fun - refreshing sequences and a joke here and there - who doesn't enjoy a lighthearted and fun practice?
